IRCTC से दिव्यांग रेल टिकट रिज़र्वेशन
Step 1: Visit IRCTC website www.irctc.co.in.
Step 2: Login with your IRCTC user ID and password.
Step 3: Enter journey details such as source railway station, destination railway station, date.
Step 4: Click on ‘Divyaang’ or ‘Journalist Concession’ checkbox and continue for booking.
Step 5: Click ‘OK’ button on the pop-up window to confirm the booking condition for Divyaang or Journalist booking.
Step 6: Select the train according to your travelling preference.
Step 7: Click on “Check availability and Fare” button to get the seat availability and fares of different classes.
Step 8: After selecting the train, click on “Book Now” to continue booking.
Step 9: Fill-up the passenger details like name, age etc, and select the concession type according to the ID proof of travelling passengers provided by the Railways.
Step 10: Enter the captcha code and click on ‘Continue Booking’ button to proceed.
Step 11: Check the details entered and continue the booking if the details are correct.
Step 12: Select the payment option with which you want to pay the ticket amount.
Please note, all the details of the travelling passenger/s should be entered carefully and correctly while booking the concessional train tickets as the details will be verified from the Indian Railways database. Following the successful verification of details, Review Booking page will appear. After completing the payment “Booking Confirmation Page” will be displayed, IRCTC said.
